Our Virtual Walks experience is an opportunity to connect with a coalition of professional women while you exercise surrounded by nature or in the gym.

We believe your health is your wealth and created this program to energize you, activate all those feel-good hormones, inspire your creativity, and infuse new ways of thinking.

WHO/WHAT: Women from all over the world who want to connect with other like-minded women, get inspired, set their intentions for the day - listening to music in a mindfull walk.

WHEN: 30 days - we will meet every week on Mon-Wed

TIME: 30 minutes. 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM EST - ZOOM. RSVP to receive the zoom link.

Consistency is the key..meeting with a group keeps us accountable. Makes it more fun! 

Plus some of us are going to the Latinas Power Retreat in Costa Rica June 5-9, 2020, and need to get back in the groove to wander those mountains with GUSTO.

WHY?  Most of us feel anxious during these uncertain times but we want to get past this feeling - Move on to create the life that we love. Some of us are still WFH and tired of the same networking dynamic that focuses on what we do and doesn’t allow space to connect at a deeper level.

We have mastered the art of connection and we curate our experiences with the feedback of our members to foster real, authentic relationships with women who are invested in making a difference in your life not just today but for a long time.
