McFarlane brings a rare combination of executive strategy and creative mastery to interior design. She spent 25 years in multinational advertising, rising to the CEO level and managing teams, campaigns, and budgets of more than $100 million across 16 countries for global brands including Procter & Gamble, Toyota, and Hewlett-Packard. Today she applies that same discipline — consumer insight and complex project management — to designing homes for Miami's most discerning professionals and entrepreneurs. She is currently designing two residences at the Four Seasons in Brickell.
